Cross-Enrollment Checklist

Step 1:      Make sure you apply Before the Deadlines!

  • Fall-Aug 1st
  • Spring-Dec 20th
  • Summer-May 1st

Step 2:      Apply for admission at SLCC, if not a continuing student, and register for classes.

Step 3:      Complete all information on the Cross-Enrollment form (SLCC Students Enrolling Concurrently at UL-Lafayette) with your advisor and submit to the Registrar’s Office.
** You will need the ULL course name, course number, CRN, day, time and location of the course you want to take.
** Cross-enrollment forms are available in the Registrar’s Office.

Step 4:       You must reapply at the home institution each term you wish to cross-enroll. Approval for cross-enrollment is valid for only the term specified and is subject to space availability, deadlines, registration procedures, and priorities of the host institution.

Step 5:        Closely monitor student e-mail for notification from Registrar’s Office stating whether your application was accepted.

NOTE:        As a cross-enrolled student, you are required to follow all UL Lafayette registration related dates for ULL courses.
