The Office of the Registrar at South Louisiana Community College verifies enrollment and degree verification through National Student Clearinghouse.
The following can be ordered by clicking VERIFICATIONS and there is a fee associated with each type of request:
- Degree Verification $39.95
- Current Enrollment $2.50
- Dates of Attendance $39.95
- Enrollment information cannot be verified until after the last day of add/drop for a semester. This will verify an accurate indication of your semester enrollment.
- All supplemental forms that require a physical signature must be submitted to the Registrar's Office for processing. Examples include 'Application of Approved Training' and 'Good Student Discount' for insurance purposes.
Employers, Background Screening Firms, and Other 3rd Parties
These parties must use National Student Clearinghouse for verifications of student enrollment. There is a $39.95 fee associated with this request and there is a three-business day turnaround time. Clearinghouse can be contacted at:
