The Financial Aid Office is implementing a new appointment process effective, Monday, November 27, 2017. The new procedure will allow students to set up face-to-face and/or phone appointment times. By utilizing the appointment system, it will minimize the wait time for students to receive individual counseling sessions.
During the standard processing time, students will be required to make an appointment via our online appointment system or by calling the Financial Aid Office.

The Financial Aid Office will have walk-in visits during all anticipated peak processing times. The next scheduled walk-in sessions are December 11th-15th and January 2nd-12th. During walk-in service weeks, students will be able to sign-in and wait to see a financial aid advisor.
The new appointment procedure will allow students to be assisted prior to peak times and eliminate the wait times that often occur during the peak period. We are encouraging students to utilize this new appointment process. The Financial Aid Office remains committed to providing SLCC students with exceptional customer service.
