Q. Why did you join the council?
I joined to be a part of the team introducing this important shift in the culture of SLCC.
Q. What change do you hope to see?
I hope to see the evolution from exclusion to inclusion.
Q. How can all employees be a part of DEI at SLCC?
Employees can be part of DEI at SLCC by following the example of senior leadership, and embracing the vision in thought, word, and deed.
