South Louisiana Community College (SoLAcc) is proud to announce that Dr. Tiffany J. Howard is transitioning from the Louisiana Community and Technical College System (LCTCS) to join SoLAcc as the Interim Vice President for Economic & Workforce Development and Continuing Education. In her new role, Dr. Howard will oversee efforts to strengthen workforce programs and build partnerships that support the economic vitality of the region.
Dr. Howard brings 15 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, policy, research, and workforce development. As the External Partnerships Officer at LCTCS, she led initiatives that spanned a $59 million portfolio, including high-level projects in transportation, broadband, and clean energy. She holds a Doctor of Education in Adult Learning and Workforce Development from Northwestern State University and a Master of Public Administration in Public Policy from Southern University and A & M College.
