Classes held in Building A at the Gulf Area Campus in Abbeville will be virtual tomorrow (Oct. 21) because of a facilities issue in the building. All classes in other buildings will be held as scheduled.

DEI Council: Meet Ja'Les Henry

We are profiling each of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council members in each edition of the college's newsletter – In the KNOW.  Meet Ja’Les Henry, Psychology Instructor.

All South Louisiana Community College campuses will be open tomorrow (Wednesday, Sept. 15) and classes will be held as planned.

SLCC campuses will remain open today. Classes starting at 4 p.m. or later will shift to remote learning. Events at 4 p.m. or later will be rescheduled. Another update will be provided this evening regarding Wednesday's operations.

SLCC is continuing to monitor the weather. All campuses will be open Tuesday, Sept. 14....

A partnership between Boys & Girls Clubs of Acadiana and South Louisiana Community College will give distinguished youths and BGCA employees within the college’s footprint financial help to pay for college.

Lafayette Economic Development Authority (LEDA) and South Louisiana Community College will host the Industrial Trades Career Fair on Wednesday, September 29 at the Cajundome Convention Center. The event will take place from 9 a.m. to noon.
