Power up your career with SoLAcc’s industry-based Electrical Training Program!
In this 300 hour-course, you will learn the skills to be a residential and commercial electrician, including practical application of electrical systems: voltage, current, resistance and power, computer circuit sizes for installation of branch circuits, feeders, and service entrance conductors according to electrical codes.

- NCCER Electrical 1

WHEN/WHERE:
- Opelousas (6 months): TBD (evening class).
- Lafayette (5 months): 10/28/2024 - 3/27/2025 (evening class).
- New Iberia (6 months): 1/27/2025 - 7/10/2025 (evening class).

REQUIREMENTS:
- 16+ to take course
- 18+ to apprenticeship
- No High School, GED or HiSET required.*
*A high school or HiSET diploma is required for most financial aid grant applications.
